With our business IT support plans you get a
total IT services solution bundled into one
comprehensive and affordable package.Just like traditional support
agreements you get priority response times,
on-site and phone-based support options,
after-hours and emergency support and access to
our highly skilled support personnel.
However, unlike traditional
support agreements, our IT support plans offer a unique alternative:
- You pay for what YOU
expect to use.
- You get proactive
support - A
fully outsourced IT systems management
solution without the cost of hiring dedicated
IT staff. The goal being to proactively
maintain your systems on a regular basis to
catch potential problems early, reduce
security risks, improve performance, etc.
- You can purchase
hardware, software & consumables (toner, ink,
etc) below retail - We can even bundle potential upgrades, new
purchases, etc. into your “CompleteIT” plan.
Here is how the IT support plan
works:
- We perform an initial site
survey of your current installed base of
computer systems, network equipment, and
software. We also determine what your current
and future service needs or wants may be over
the coming months or years.
- We then create a packaged
plan that is based on a monthly service
commitment to cover all of your anticipated IT
needs throughout the year. Work performed is
deducted from your monthly credit balance and
overages are billed at reduced rates.
- Regardless of the expertise
required, services performed are billed
against your commitment balance at the same
rate, which is determined by your commitment
level. This means you get a lot more for your
money. For example, a 10 hour monthly
commitment level qualifies you for a flat
service rate for those 10 hours regardless of
whether they are used for PC support,
Server/Networking support, after hours work,
etc.
- If you go over your credit
balance in a given month, the savings
continue. You are then billed a reduced rate
based on the expertise required to do the work
and the commitment level of your agreement.
Therefore, the higher your commitment level
each month the greater the savings since fewer
hours will be billed at overage rates.
Some of the services we
perform as part of our proactive support
include, but are not limited to, routinely
verify backup systems are working; making sure
all virus and spyware scanners are up-to-date
and functioning properly; apply software &
security patches when released; work on your
business “wish-list” items; consult on future
projects.
We can also use our vendor
relationships to offer you hardware, software,
consumables and other office equipment below
retail pricing. Our prices are below Office
Depot, Staples, Best Buy, CompUSA and other
retail outlets. You get more for your money!
We can even bundle your annual
hardware/software upgrades, new equipment
purchases, and consumables usage (toner, ink,
etc) into your IT support plan.
We determine your equipment
needs over the coming year, add in an estimated
amount to cover the cost, and take care of
the rest. We handle researching product
features, procurement, installation and ongoing
support.
